1. Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14th May, 2024 whereby the interim order passed in favour of the plaintiffs/opposite parties was extended.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner at the outset seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for vacation of stay.

3. Liberty is granted.

4. Certified copy, if any, be returned as per the rules.

5. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Learned Trial Court shall decide the application for vacation of stay in accordance with law expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment.

7. This Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be in expression on the merits of the case.
