Sahu ... for the state Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been issued a show cause notice dated 24th October, 2024 proposing the cancellation of the registration certificate.

The petitioner filed reply to the same on 12th of November, 2024, but till date the respondent authorities have not passed any adjudication order against the show cause notice, yet have abruptly suspended the registration certificate of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent authorities submits that the respondent authorities will hear the petitioner and give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within 20 days.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

As a show cause notice has been issued on 24th

of October, 2024 and a reply to the same has been given by the petitioner on 12th of November, 2024 the concerned respondent authorities are requested to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, allow the petitioner to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing and pass an adjudication order within 20 days from date. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall not take any unnecessary adjournment on the date of hearing.

With the above direction and observations, the writ petition being WPA 29606 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
