Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. It is contended petitioner has been falsely implicated. On the other hand, allegations in the FIR show petitioner had been handed over a vehicle for five years on monthly remuneration. Vehicle has been misappropriated. Custodial interrogation for recovery of the vehicle is necessary. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
