Mr. Sutirtha Das Mr. Shoham Sanyal ...For the Petitioner It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only a sum of Rs.5,68,425/- was paid to the petitioner as workman dues. However, the petitioner is entitled to a sum of Rs.13,55,071/-.

The learned Official Liquidator/respondent no. 5 is not present in Court today.

Let the learned Official Liquidator pass a reasoned order as to why the petitioner was paid Rs.5,68,425/- upon giving a hearing to the petitioner while adjudicating his claim. Let such reasoned order be passed by four weeks from date and a decision be intimated within two weeks thereof. Let the claim of the petitioner be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of law.

With the directions aforesaid, W.P.A. 29838 of 2008 is disposed of.
