Petitioner approached this court for effective investigation in connection with Dhantala PS Case No. 736 of 2024 dated 06.11.2024 and also being aggrieved with the registration of Dhantala PS Case No. 746 of 2024 which was initiated by Dipa Adhikary Sarkar.

Report has been submitted by the state.

Report reflects that the police authorities have already concluded their investigation both in connection with Dhantala PS Case No. 736 of 2024 and Dhantala PS

Case No. 746 of 2024 and charge sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having regard to the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court if there is any grievance of the petitioner, the same is to be addressed before the jurisdictional court which is already in seisin of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 29796 of 2024 is disposed of.
