1) In my view, this is not squarely a matter of contempt. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file a modification application.

2) It is contended by the alleged contemnor that there is no City Centre in Burdwan Town. The father, on the other hand contends that he waited for his child for a long time, but he was unable to see the child because he could not trace any City Centre in Burdwan Town. Thus, the meeting did not take place.

3) It appears that the Court had made a mistake. Instead of City Tower it has been mentioned as City Centre.

4) Under such circumstances, liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application

for modification of the order dated December 10, 2025 passed in C.O. 4094 of 2025.

5) Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
