Muneswar Singh Petitioner is not represented.

None appears on behalf of the opposite party. It appears that the revisional application has already been dismissed for default on 3rd November, 2014 and thereafter it was restored to its original number and file on the strength of an application filed by the petitioner dated 30th January, 2015.

It further appears from the order dated 5th February, 2015 passed by this Court that on that date Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party submitted that T.S. being No. 46 of 2010 pending before the Trial Court has already been dismissed for default. A direction was given upon the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the matter. Despite that no steps has yet been taken by the petitioner. So, it appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the application filed in connection with the revisional application being no. CAN 10738 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
