1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials connecting the petitioners with the murder. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
