This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court, Howrah to dispose of the Title Suit No.221 of 2013 expeditiously. From the order sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that by an order dated 31.01.2024, date was fixed for further hearing and service return and acknowledgment due card. It does not appear that the suit is ready for hearing. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing of the suit at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, C. O. No. 4255 of 2024 stands disposed of.
