We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had administered poison to his wife. On earlier occasion it was contended they had resolved their matrimonial dispute and were residing together as husband and wife. Report is placed on record which shows the submission is incorrect. 3.

In view of the materials on record including the statement of the victim-wife that she was administered poison which is corroborated by medical evidence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

Application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. 5.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
