Petitioner has prayed for protection at the hands of certain hooligans and to that effect she has expressed insecurity and informed the Inspector inCharge, Belur Police Station as well as the Commissioner of Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate on or about 7th of December 2024. In case there is any law and order crisis or possibility of any untoward incident, the Commissioner of Police or the Inspector in-Charge of Belur Police Station will deploy adequate force to prevent any untoward situation.
