Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners in Court today be kept with the records. 2.

The petitioners seek mutual transfer. Their application is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for a considerable period of time.

3.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to take necessary steps to dispose of the application for transfer made by the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4.

The fate of the petitioners' application shall be made known to them immediately thereafter.

5.

If the application of the petitioners is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

6.

Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the authorities from taking steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove.

7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
