Ms. Datta, learned Advocate for the petitioners wants to retire from the brief. It is submitted that the petitioners are not contacting the learned Advocate.

It is submitted by the opposite parties that the money has not been deposited.

The petitioners have not complied with the order of this Court. The order of this Court was a conditional stay of the execution. Stay was granted on the condition that an amount of Rs.1.5 crore towards a part of the arrear occupational charges for occupying the decretal property after suffering a decree of eviction, would be deposited with the learned executing court within three weeks. The interim order passed by this Court stands vacated for non-compliance.

The revisional application also stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The execution shall be expedited, in accordance with law.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
