We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a member of the Border Security Force. He was previously married. He suppressed his marital status and cohabited with the victim on the false promise to marry.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials implicating the petitioner in the crime as well as gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
