In the judgment dated 13.09.2024 inadvertently in page 22 it has been recorded as "the appellant is on bail and as such he is discharged from the bail bonds" - the same is incorrect as is reflected from the records. The same should be read as "if the appellant is not wanted in other cases, he may be released forthwith".

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the judgment dated 13.09.2024 passed in criminal appeal. Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections as above.
