The enclosures to the writ petition do not reflect that any communication was made to the jurisdictional police station. Report submitted by the State also reflects that although there has been a claim on behalf of the petitioner that over mobile phone certain information were sent but, no written representation is available with the police authorities. In view of the fact that the petitioner is expressing dissatisfaction and the police authorities not knowing the same, I grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the Officer in Charge, Mollarpur Police Station, Birbhum, who will consider the same in accordance with law and communicate the steps taken by him to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29608 of 2024 is disposed of.
