1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the material on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioner with the murder. Trial has progressed substantially.

3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
