Report dated February 14, 2025 states that, the petitioner was examined by the Senior Medical Officer, Presidential Correctional Home where it was found that the petitioner was suffering from Type-II Diabetes, Hypertension and Palpitation. The Senior Medical Officer also opined that the health condition of the petitioner was clinically stable. Medical condition of the petitioner as disclosed does not require the same to be treated out of the correctional home facilities

Materials on record implicate the petitioner in penetrative sexually assault of two minors.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being C.R.M. (DB) 4254 of 2024 stands dismissed.
