Petitioner complains that he is being attempted to be thrown out at the behest of the private respondents from his tenanted premises from where he carries on his business of selling of fish for a limited period of time. The petitioner claims that he has been paying the rent regularly.

Be that as it may the information which was furnished with the police authorities were lastly on 17.11.2023.

Learned advocate submits that regularly he has been informing regarding the trauma faced by him at the hands of the private respondents.

In case the police authorities finds that lawfully the petitioner has been carrying on business after having proper documents, in that case the police authorities would ensure that there is no interference from any corner for carrying on the business.

With the above observations, WPA 28362 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied

for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
