1. Report filed by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) be kept with the records.

2. From the report it appears that the petitioner has been scrupulously adhering to the conditions of interim bail. The transfer petition is still pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. We understand that there is a stay of trial.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 4708 of 2023 is disposed of by confirming the interim bail on the same conditions.
