Das ... for the petitioner Mr. Rajat Dutta ... for the State The writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondents being the respondent no. 3 herein 2 to adjust the huge stocks of ration articles by way of delivering and allotting the same to the account of the petitioner through e-Pos machine for smooth running of Public Distribution System and to stop agitations of the consumers tagged with the petitioner's dealership business.

At the time of hearing, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at this stage his grievance will be addressed if his representation at page 27 which is dated 17.9.2024 is

considered by the respondent no. 3 herein.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation dated 17.9.2024 within 60 days from the date of communication of this order and by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law on hearing the parties.

WPA 29574 of is accordingly disposed of.
