The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed under Section 400(1) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980 by the Executive Engineer (Civil)/Building, Borough-IX on 5th June, 2023. The order being an appealable one the Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in this matter. It will be open for the aggrieved party to approach the appellate forum for relief.

Report filed by the Executive Engineer (Civil), Borough-IX dated 2nd April, 2024 be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
