This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner on the allegation of willful and deliberate violation of this Court's order dated January 6, 2025, in WPA 29563 of 2024.

Mr. Nandi, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted that no demand of any tax or additional tax has been raised by the said authority in spite of due service of copy of the order as above, and receipt thereof by the same.

It is further submitted that no countersignature has yet been granted by the said authority. Having heard the submission made on behalf of the petitioner as above, the Court finds it proper to direct the petitioner to serve a copy of this application being CPAN 390 of 2025, upon the alleged contemnor and file affidavit of service on the next occasion.

Let this matter be adjourned today and listed on April 7, 2025.
