We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is a purchaser of the property against valuable consideration. However, materials on record show forged gift deeds were executed on the very day, sale was effected in favour of the petitioner. In view of the suspicious circumstances in which the transaction took place, we are of the opinion complicity of the petitioner in preparation of forged gift deeds is evident and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.
