1. There are call detail recording between the petitioner and the person arrested with the commercial quantity of contraband. There are money transactions between the petitioner and such co-accused.

2. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. (NDPS) 1970 of 2024 is dismissed.
