Mr. Mahapatra, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that by lapse of time, the application for cancellation of bail has become infructuous.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to appear in this matter and represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner, CRM 14112 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
