1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that the alleged contemnors have complied with the order of this Court.

3. Let a copy of the Pension Payment Order issued in favour of the petitioner be kept with the record.

4. The Treasury Officer, Krishnagar-I shall, upon production of all documents by the petitioner, release all dues of the petitioner as indicated in the Pension Payment Order within a period of 72 hours thereafter.

5. Let a copy of the compliance report filed by the Counsel for the State and the Counsel for the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia be also kept with the record.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

7. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

8. There will be no order as to costs.
