The petitioners pray for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No.443 of 2024, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Haldia.

It is submitted that the wife has not prayed for any maintenance pendente lite as she is employed. It appears to the court that the suit is at the very nascent stage, hence no mandatory direction for expeditious disposal can be passed at this stage. The learned court will make an attempt to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
