I have considered the case diary produced on behalf of the State in connection with Tamluk P.S. Case No.648 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023. On an assessment of the materials collected and the chargesheet submitted, I am of the view that the Investigating Officer is not sufficiently trend enough to conduct such investigation. As charge-sheet has been submitted, further investigation is required to be conducted in connection with the instant case. Accordingly, the present case being Tamluk P.S. Case No.648 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023 is transferred to Mr. Somnath Mondal, Sub-Inspector of

Police, DDI, Purba Medinipur, DD), CID, West Bengal who would investigate the case. The original case diary be handed over by the Investigating Officer of the case to Mr. Mondal, present Investigating Officer, appointed by this Court. If he requires assistance, he will seek necessary assistance from the Homicide Department of the concerned organization.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28399 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
