1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Mr. Sudip Ghosh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Amal Kr. Sen, learned counsel for the State, Mr. Koushik Chatterjee, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Mr. Dhilon Sengupta, learned counsel for the respondent 8, are heard with the consent.

3. During the course of hearing, parties agreed that this PIL may be disposed of by directing the Director of Medical Education to decide the representation dated 22.05.2025 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within stipulated time and in view of such consensus arrived at, present PIL is disposed of with following directions:

i) The petitioner shall resubmit the representation dated 22.05.2025 along with relevant documents which are annexed with this petition before the said Director along with server copy of this order.

ii) The said Director shall consider the representation and peruse the relevant record including the record mentioned in the RTI information dated 04.10.2024 (annexure P-2). If necessary he shall accord opportunity of hearing to the parties affected.

iii) The said Director shall take final decision in accordance with law on the said representation within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

iv) The outcome of such consideration shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case.
