The petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the revisional application and seeks further liberty to take necessary steps before the appropriate forum under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Such liberty is granted. In the event the petitioner prefers statutory appeal within three weeks from date, the learned appellate forum shall deal with the same on merits and shall not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation.

On prayer of the petitioner further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of documents filed in the present application upon furnishing photocopies thereof. In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 5261 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
