Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ application. Accordingly, WPA 29164 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The dismissal of the writ application will not prevent the petitioner to approach the Bank or any other appropriate authority for his grievance and if the petitioner will approach the Bank, the Bank shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
