1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 412 days. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits stolen articles were recovered from his possession. He has criminal antecedents.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has criminal antecedents. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
