There is an inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated 01.05.2025. In the third line of 1st paragraph "Session Case No. 192 of 2022" be replaced with "Session Case No. 292 of 2022" and in the forth line of 1st paragraph "Habibpur Police Station Case No. 671 of 2022" be replaced with "Habibpur Police Station Case No. 67 of 2022". Necessary correction be made.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 01.05.2025.
