1. Learned counsel for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) files a communication indicating the costs for shifting of the high-tension transformer from the vicinity of the petitioner's land.

2. It is submitted by the WBSEDCL that it is feasible to so shift, subject to the petitioner paying the said amount.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is agreeable to pay the amount.

4. Accordingly, WPA No. 28429 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs. 1,11,179/- as costs for shifting of the transformer from its present location.

5. Upon payment of such costs, the WBSEDCL shall remove the transformer to the alternative location earmarked by the WBSEDCL, positively within four weeks from the date of such payment.

6. The communication filed in court today be kept on record.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
