(G.R. Case No.1777 of 2023).

Error apparent on the face of the record in the order dated February 19, 2024 passed in CRM (A) 5641 of 2023 with CRM (A) 5652 of 2023 be corrected.

At page no.2 of such order, the sentence "The petitioner nos.1, 3 & 5 in C.R.M. (A) 5641 of 2023 will report before the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the

investigation and the petitioner nos.2 & 4 in C.R.M. (A) 5641 of 2023 will cooperate with the investigation till the conclusion of the investigation" be replaced with the sentence "Petitioner nos.1 ,3 and 4 in CRM (A) 5641 of 2023 will report before the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation and petitioner nos.2 and 5 in CRM (A) 5641 of 2023 will cooperate with the investigation till the conclusion of the investigation. The petitioners in CRM (A) 5652 of 2023 will report before the Investigating Officer once a month till the conclusion of the investigation."

All other portions of the order will remain the same. Department will incorporate such correction in the order dated February 19, 2024.
