1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The selection process to the post of Constable GD in CAPFs etc. in which the petitioners participated. has not been completed as yet. The examination was conducted by the respondent no.2, namely, Staff Selection Commission. The final merit list was published on 20th August, 2023. The petitioners' name have been withheld.

3. The respondent nos.2 and 4 shall take a decision in the matter and publish results of the petitioners indicating as to whether they have succeeded or failed in the recruitment process, within a period of one month from date mandatorily and positively.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
