2. Let a Rule of contempt be issued against the Director of National Crime Record Bureau (in short NCRB) as prayed for in the contempt application.

3. The Director, NCRB shall explain as to why there is no representation on its behalf. The Director, NCRB shall be personally present before this Court on virtual mode on the

adjourned date.
