And In Re : Lutfar Gazi ...... petitioner Mr. Soumya Nag ...for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Mr. Goutam Wilson ...for the State In an incident of murder, eye-witnesses place the petitioner before us at the place and time of occurrence. They ascribed active role to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 5642 of 2023 is dismissed.
