After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contention regarding the adjustment of amount directed to be deposited in pursuance to Section 143A of Negotiable Instruments Act vide order dated 23rd October, 2024 in the sum of Rs. 4 lakh already deposited by the petitioner. 3.

Liberty granted.

Learned trial court shall consider the same in accordance with the law.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case.
