We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had misappropriated a sum of Rs.2,60,000/- and other articles. Custodial interrogation for recovery of stolen property is necessary. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
