Learned Counsel on behalf of the petitioner appearance submitted that the instant revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 20.9.2023 in connection with J. Misc (P) Case No. 39 of 2023, which has already been disposed of after filing this revisional application and thereby the instant revisional application has become infractuous.

That being in the position, hence, the revisional application stands dismissed being not pressed.
