In view of the notification of the Central Government dated 31st March, 2010 issued under Section 14(2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the schedule published in the Official Gazette, matters pertaining to service of Steel Authority of India Limited are to be heard by the Central Administrative Tribunal.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.

Leave is, however, reserved to the writ petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal on the selfsame cause action. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.
