2. We have considered the material on record. Dying declaration gives an impression that the petitioner had set the victim lady on fire. Trial is in progress.

3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
