This is an application under Section 401 read with under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner assailing an order dated 22.7.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur in C.R. Case No. 69 of 2014 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act praying for dispensing his attendance under Section 205 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner has not appeared on consecutive dates. In compliance with the order dated 14.3.2022, administrative notice was issued and the same was duly served upon the petitioner and opposite party no. 2., but the petitioner has not appeared before this Court. The report is kept with the record.

The revisional application is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to learned Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur for information.
