It appears that the present revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 31st July, 2015 passed in connection with an appeal being Appeal No. 51 of 2001 and the present revisional application is pending since the year 2015.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application and there is no justification to keep the present revisional application alive in the list. Accordingly the revisional application being CO 4342 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
