Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner-husband poured hot water on the victim resulting in scalding injuries. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
