Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the opposite party has preferred an appeal against the impugned order which was disposed of by the Hon'ble Division Bench. So, he prayed for necessary order.

Having heard the submission of the parties, it appears that the instant matter has become infructuous in pursuance to the order of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the instant contempt application being CPAN 1705 of 2023 alongwith WPA 19356 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous. (Subhendu Samanta, J.)
