1. Supplementary affidavit and the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners are taken on record.

2. The instant writ petition relates to issuance of the 'No Dues Certificate' by the Airports Authority of India. The stand of the Authority is that there is huge amount of money that is due and payable by the petitioners for which the 'No Dues Certificate' cannot be issued.

3. According to the petitioners, there is no document to show that there is any legally enforceable dues from the end of the petitioners.

4. The Court had permitted the parties to reconcile the accounts. It has been submitted by the learned advocates for the respective parties that the process of reconciliation has failed.

5. Upon hearing the parties and on perusal of the documents placed before this Court, it appears that there are several disputed question of facts involved in the instant writ petition which cannot be adjudicated in the writ proceeding.

6. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

7. Dismissal of the writ petition will not, however, stand in the way of the petitioners to approach the competent forum for remedy, in accordance with law, if so advised.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
