1. This matter has come at the instance of the appellant for correction of the order dated 24th July, 2023.

2. In the second line of page 4 of the said order, inadvertently 'South 24 Parganas' was mentioned instead of 'North 24 Parganas'.

3. Accordingly, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas is to consider the prayer for higher scale of pay in terms of the observation made by us in the order dated 24th July, 2023.

4. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 24th July, 2023.

5. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected accordingly.
